Making your own ice cream sandwiches is a fun and easy way to enjoy a classic summertime treat! All you need is some ice cream, cookies, and a little bit of creativity. Here are a few tips to help you make the perfect ice cream sandwich:

- Choose your cookies wisely. You'll want to use a cookie that is firm enough to hold up to the ice cream, but not so hard that it's difficult to bite into. A soft, chewy cookie is usually the best choice.

- Consider using a mold or template to shape your ice cream. This will help ensure that your sandwiches are all uniform in size and shape.

- Be creative with your flavor combinations! Don't be afraid to experiment with different types of cookies and ice creams. The possibilities are endless!
