Preparation time - 5 minutes

Cooking time - 40 minutes

Servings - 3



6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

2 tbsp olive oil

For teriyaki

1/2 cup soy sauce

1 tsp garlic paste

1 tsp ginger paste

1 tsp brown sugar

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

3 tbsp water

1 tbsp cornstarch



1. Salt and pepper the chicken thighs and slice chicken into pieces.
