How are points calculated?
You’ll earn 10 points for every dollar spent on eligible items (which breaks down to 1 point for every 10¢). Purchases are rounded to the nearest 10¢.
When will my earnings show in my account?
Points will typically appear within 72 hours after an in-store purchase or after your online order ships or is picked up from a store.
How long do my earnings last?
Points expire if your account is inactive (no transaction activity) for 365 days.
Rewards expire 90 days after you earn them.
What happens if I make a return?
If you make a return, we will deduct the points you earned on those items from your account. If this results in a negative balance, future purchases will be credited to that negative balance. Your Tracker will reflect 0 points earned until the negative balance is met. Please contact Customer Care for your most up-to-date points total.
