12 ounce car hot fudge

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

2. Down the bottom of the springform pan place your softened chocolate ice cream.

3. Spread out evenly.

4. Freeze for 30 minutes.

7. Crush up your cookies in a ziploc bag and sprinkle all over the hot fudge layer.

9. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours, I like to do it overnight to make sure it's nice and hard.

10. Make the frosting by using an electric mixer to whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks.

11. Remove the cake from the freezer and peel the plastic wrap away.

12. Place the cake on a plate.

13. Frost the cake with the whipped cream.

14. Using a ziploc bag or piping bag, pipe a little whipped cream around the edges.

15. Add sprinkles.

16. Place back in freezer until ready to serve.

17. Slice and serve!
