Bunny Charcuterie Easter Board

In anticipation of Easter, many hostesses are thinking about the holiday menu.  Diversify the holiday table with a delightful combination of savory and sweet treats laid out in the shape of everyone's favorite symbol of the season - the Easter Bunny. This Charcuterie board is not only visually stunning, but also a delight for the taste buds, offering a range of flavors and textures to tantalize your senses. The recipe would be suitable for serving at brunch or a children's party. Use several types of cheese for this recipe. We recommend mild classic caramel cheese, mini mozzarella balls, gourmet young blueberry goat cheese and thin slices of hard cheese. Add fresh or canned jalapeño peppers for spice. We recommend the cowboy candy. When choosing salami and prosciutto, be guided by your favorite deli varieties. We complemented the board with brightly colored tangerine slices and crispy saltine crackers.

Ingredients:

1 round camembert

3.5 oz. salami

3 oz. prosciutto

1/3 cup mini mozerella

1/3 cup walnut mix

1/3 cup cowboy candy

1 1/2 ounces blueberry goat cheese

8 slices hard cheese

2 tangerines

1-2 cups crackers

2 sugar eyes, white pink marshmallows.

Instructions.

1. First, make the centerpiece of our Easter Bunny board. Unwrap the camembert and divide it in half. Cut one of the halves into 6 sectors. Remove one sector. Arrange the five sectors as shown in the photo. Form the nose and ears of the bunny from the marshmallow. Lay out the eyes, ears and nose. Use dill instead of whiskers. The bunny is ready.

2 Make flowers out of salami. Roll each slice in quarters and put the quarters in pairs. For the cheese roses, cut the round cheese slices in half. Place them overlapping and roll up into a roll. Secure the roses with toothpicks.

3. Our board has special round indentations for the dips. If you are using a regular board, take 4 small dip pans. Mash the blueberry goat cheese with a fork and place in one of the notches. In the other, arrange the cowboy candy and syrup. The third container will hold the walnuts, and the fourth will hold the mozzarella.

4. Place a bunny in the center of the board. Arrange the salami and cheese flowers around it. Arrange the cheese and prosciutto.

5. Peel the tangerines and arrange them on the board. Arrange the crackers in the empty space.

Decorate the board with fresh mint and flowers. Arrange on the board and serve. Have a happy Easter!
