- Combine the coffee, milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin spice and sugar.
- Whisk well until all combined.
- To your blender add the ice and the pumpkin spice coffee mix.
- Pulse until everything is combined into a slushy texture.
- Pour into your cup. Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon.
- Serve!
