Valentine’s Day Marshmallow Pops

Ingredients
  

  • 36 large marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white candy melts
  • 1/2 cup red candy melts
  • 1/4 cup red heart sprinkles
  • 12 lollipop sticks or decorative straws
  • 1 Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Push 3 marshmallows onto each lollipop stick.
  2. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Dip marshmallows into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and place on parchment paper.
  4. Melt white and red candy melts separately and drizzle over the chocolate-coated marshmallows.
  5. Sprinkle red heart sprinkles before the candy melts set.
  6. Let the pops harden completely, then serve and enjoy!
