- Push 3 marshmallows onto each lollipop stick.
- Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip marshmallows into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and place on parchment paper.
- Melt white and red candy melts separately and drizzle over the chocolate-coated marshmallows.
- Sprinkle red heart sprinkles before the candy melts set.
- Let the pops harden completely, then serve and enjoy!
