Using a square mold, crush up freeze dried strawberries and add them to 12 of the molds.
In a double boiler, add in white chocolate baking chips. Bring water to a very low simmer and stir the white chocolate until melted.
Spoon in white chocolate into the square molds over the strawberries. Add in red and wood colored spoons (hobby lobby).
Before the chocolate starts drying add mini marshmallow bits and heart confetti onto the top of each square. I use food tweezers for this part for the hearts.
Place in the fridge about 10 minutes until chocolate has harded. Remove from the mold and the spoon are ready to be stirred right into warmed milk.
Wrap these in plastic and keep in the fridge until ready to serve. I like to gift these as their fun for Valentine's day.
