Snowfall Charcuterie

Ingredients
  

  • 4 white meringues
  • 1 disk brie cheese
  • 3 tbsp strawberry cream honey
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup mini mozzarella
  • 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 4 Christmas house cookies
  • 4 Christmas-style Oreo cookies
  • 15 dried cherries
  • 3 1/2 oz cheese
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Dip grapes in melted white chocolate, coat with almonds, and set aside.
  • Cut a snowflake from brie using a cookie cutter and place it back on the cheese.
  • Stuff cherry tomatoes with mozzarella.
  • Assemble the board with brie, cookies, grapes, cheese, tomatoes, meringues, nuts, and cherries.
