  • Freshly brewed coffee

  • Butter
  • Powdered sugar
  • Peanut butter
  • Heavy cream

Chocolate Peanut Butter Frosting

  • Butter
  • Powdered sugar
  • Peanut butter
  • Cocoa powder
  • Heavy cream

Optional Garnish

  • Chopped Reese’s

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare two 9” cake pans.
  • Whisk together dry ingredients; mix in wet ingredients.
  • Divide batter between pans and bake for 25–27 minutes. Cool completely.
  • Prepare frostings by creaming butter, peanut butter, and sugar; adjust consistency with cream.
  • Layer and frost cakes, decorate with piping, and garnish with Reese’s.
