Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare two 9” cake pans.
Whisk together dry ingredients; mix in wet ingredients.
Divide batter between pans and bake for 25–27 minutes. Cool completely.
Prepare frostings by creaming butter, peanut butter, and sugar; adjust consistency with cream.
Layer and frost cakes, decorate with piping, and garnish with Reese’s.
