Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13 baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted unsalted butter, brown sugar, and white granulated sugar. Mix until well blended.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, and mix until fully incorporated.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fold in the crushed Oreos until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop large balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving enough space between each for spreading.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
5 minutes in, place a jumbo marshmallow in the center of each cookie.
Return the baking sheet to the oven for an additional 5-8 minutes, or until the marshmallows are soft and barely toasted.
Once done, remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Places small square of Hershey bar in the center of each cookie and top with extra crushed oreos.
