Oreo S’mores Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • Cookie Dough
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 ¼ cups brown sugar
  • ½ cup white granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cups all purpose flour
  • ¾ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups crushed oreos
  • Topping
  • Jumbo Marshmallow
  • Hershey’s Bar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13 baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted unsalted butter, brown sugar, and white granulated sugar. Mix until well blended.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, and mix until fully incorporated.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Fold in the crushed Oreos until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  • Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop large balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving enough space between each for spreading.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  • 5 minutes in, place a jumbo marshmallow in the center of each cookie.
  • Return the baking sheet to the oven for an additional 5-8 minutes, or until the marshmallows are soft and barely toasted.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Places small square of Hershey bar in the center of each cookie and top with extra crushed oreos.
