Ingredients

  • 1-2 tangerines
  • 1/3 cup grapes
  • 3 1/2 ounces’ salami
  • 2 ounces’ semi-hard cheese
  • 3 large cracker sticks or breadsticks.
  • 2 oz. lavender cheese
  • 3 Mini Babybel
  • 6-7 lettuce leaves
  • 3-4 cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  • Peel the tangerine, cut it into slices and remove the seeds. Thread tangerine slices and grapes alternately onto skewers. Thread the cherry tomatoes onto the skewers one at a time. 2.Fold the salami circles in four and connect them in pairs. Secure them with a skewer. Make three blocks of salami and finish the assembly with black grapes or olives. For the rose design, cut the circles in half and fold them overlapping. Roll the salami strip into a roll. The more slices of salami, the lusher the rose will be. Tip a piece of lettuce leaf and the rose.
  • 3.Cheese roses are decorated in the same way. Cut a small section from a slice of semi-hard cheese and roll it into a roll. Wrap the cheese slices in a circle and secure the rose with a skewer.
  • 4.Unmold the lavender cheese into 1/3-inch thick slices. Cut out hearts with a cookie cutter and secure them to the skewers. On the Babybel cheese wax, outline a small heart and remove the wax, being careful not to damage the wrapping strip. Thread the Babybel onto the skewer.
  • To assemble the bouquet, take a round wooden board with a handle and lay out the lettuce leaves on the board. Arrange the stick crackers and prepared skewers as rays centered on the handle. Lay out the ingredients so that you fill the board evenly. Fill the voids with lettuce leaves.
  • Decorate the bouquet - wrap with brown food-grade paper or dark parchment. Tie a ribbon around the handle. Your charcuterie board edible bouquet is ready. Serve it alongside dipping sauces, honey and saltine crackers. Complete the serving with sparkling wines or other beverages of your choice. Have a happy Valentine's Day!
