Avocado Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish
  • Paprika powder for garnish

Method
 

  1. Boil eggs for 8-10 minutes and cool in ice water.
  2. Peel and halve eggs, scooping yolks into a bowl.
  3. Mash yolks with avocado, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pipe the mixture into egg whites.
  5. Garnish with paprika and parsley.
